VAM SCHOLA CANTORUM
The November concert features guest chamber choir from the Vancouver Academy of Music, the VAM SCHOLA CANTORUM conducted by Director of Choral Studies, Kathleen Allan. They will perform a programme of Renaissance-inspired “Bestiaire” - music of birds and beasts! From Janequin’s old French and imitative bird song in “Le chant des oyseaulx” to Banchieri’s “Contropunto bestiale”, it is going to be an unforgettable concert.
